最近四處都在報導關於泰國的水患。先強調是“泰國”整個國家喔。閱讀了很多報導，也讀進心裡了。這一篇，其實陸陸續續寫了兩三週。 1）很多人都在埋怨政府無能。那麼多 official spokepersons for flood，全部是政治家，卻沒有一個是水患地理專家。政府官員也有本事在同一時間說出各種不同版本，conflicting 的訊息，當然是來自不同人。 2）也有人埋怨城市規劃不好。曼谷座落在Chao Phraya河的下源，泰國北部的水患都大致上會進入Chao Phraya河流向大海。可偏偏曼谷卻擋在大海的出口處。水勢必是會穿越這城市，只是時間的早晚。又是遷市的口號。可是政府“當然”無能為力。 3）隨後普遍的民怨是大家太在乎曼谷而忽略了泰國大部分水患嚴重的地區。為了不讓水侵入市中心，曼谷各處都填滿了沙牆，這下更讓北部的水被緩衝，無法順利流向大海。有人高喊，

在曼谷的最後一星期因為忙著洗刷屋子而忙累了。因為手套被打包走了，也嫌戴手套很礙手，所以沒再買也沒戴。洗刷當然少不了接觸了很多化學清潔劑。然後我的干眼症也因為灰塵漫天而再犯。晚上還會用手揉了揉酸痛的眼。勞累，免疫力也受衝擊。完了。幾天後早上醒來，一只眼睛已經紅腫。感覺就像小時候常常得的針眼。腫的好醜～幸好飯店房間可以上網。趕快參拜孤狗大師去～輸入關鍵字“長針眼”。看了兩三篇文章都有提到一種“民間消腫的方法”，而且方法簡單又不是侵入式的，所以想試試也無妨。方法就是：－－－－－ “晚上睡覺前用乾淨的手指點一點水，抹一點食用鹽在肚臍眼上，然後貼一塊膠布去睡覺。隔天會見效。” 沒有要我用手去按那眼睛，只是肚臍眼，所以我就姑且一試。問題是我住在飯店啊，難道要特地去買一大包鹽噢。還好立即想到餐館應該有吧。
